Second of the 3 panel set, diptych, is a commission piece, painted using acrylic, and chalk paint, on stretched canvas. The paintings were made to reflect, the families wonderful experience at, La Jolla Beach and Tennis Clubs, in Southern California, The pictures are full of activity, symbolism, and objects representing this unique, beautiful, shoreline. The summer day includes, a playground, water, breaking waves, beach goers, parasailing, kayaking, swimmers, and the nature around the cove, includes the famous, Torrey Pines Golf Course, the sea Lions, the whales, the rocky coves, and the beautiful palm trees.
